18th July 10am - 4pm A summer day immersed in flowers. This floral wreath making workshop is designed as a relaxed and inspiring escape in the country in the spacious historic coaching barn beside one of the top flower farms in the country. This workshop with Jane Body invites you to indulge in the art of floral design. Each stem is chosen for its exceptional drying qualities, allowing you to create an everlasting wreath that retains its natural beauty, form, and colour long beyond the season. Using freshly harvested blooms from ‘ Green and Gorgeous ‘ picked at perfect ,ready conditioned for your wreath . With thoughtfully harvested and conditioned willow and selected foliage all pre- prepared for you . You have the opportunity to also learn a little more about growing and harvesting material . The day includes getting familiar with the materials and techniques and considering colours and texture choices for your wreath design . Although not all wreaths need a bow or ribbon ,you also have the option to work with a choice of natural ribbon, including learning how to create beautiful florist bows. You will be guided through design and making your own floral wreath built on a natural willow base. Using a curated selection of summer flowers and foliage . You will create a timeless arrangement to take home and enjoy for months to come. TAKE HOME Your own everlasting floral wreath ready to hang up New skills in floral design and ribbon work Inspiration and skills to make more at home TOOLS AND MATERIALS All materials will be provided, with a range of floristry tools However you are welcome to bring your own garden secateurs or florist scissors ADVISORY NOTE / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This workshop is intentionally kept small to ensure a relaxed, creative atmosphere and individual guidance throughout the day. Suitable for beginners and those with some experience. REFRESHMENTS Treat yourself to a delicious £14 meal provided by local deli, The Goring Grocer, known for their exceptional food. The lunch includes a generous slice of quiche, seasonal salad, and a homemade sweet treat. You are also welcome to bring your own packed lunch. Hot drinks and biscuits will be available all day.

We are keen to help anyone with an ailment or disability attend our creative workshops. If you have any concerns please contact us directly and we will discuss with you the appropriate actions we can take to help you. Training will be given, however participants must be aware that sharp tools may be used and you must take responsibility for your own safety. We are unable to offer refunds 28 days before the workshop starts unless another person is able to take the place. Contact us directly if you are no longer able to attend and we will endeavor to find someone else. In case of cancellation you will receive a refund or the opportunity to attend another workshop. While all measures are taken to ensure the safety of your belongings on the day, we are not liable for any loss or damage. ABOUT THE ARTIST Jane brings a refined artistic eye and a wealth of experience to the day with a background in art and design, alongside years as a teacher and gardener. Known for her stunning Christmas wreaths at our Winter Market, her thoughtful eye for design and love of natural seasonal materials shine through in her work. Her teaching style helps students bring their own creativity to life in a calm and supportive setting with her intuitive and fun approach. A selection of some of the materials you will use will have been grown and gathered from her own garden in Berkshire.
